November Morning Hike - Lake Poway
Join us for a Sunday morning hike at Lake Poway with serene lake views and water bird sightings. There will be two options: a gentler, slower hike about halfway around the lake and back; and a more moderate, faster pace hike continuing past the lake and back. We expect the hike to last about 60 to 90 minutes. There are some inclines and elevation, the trail is generally smooth but may be uneven at parts. Dogs are welcome!
We'll meet in the parking lot area at Lake Poway (14644 Lake Poway Road, Poway, CA 92064) - look for the fluffy white dog in the photo. Note that parking on the weekends costs $10 per car, carpooling is encouraged!
For those who can stay on, we'll head to a cafe or lunch spot afterwards, location TBD.
