Looking for a Few Good BANDIES to play at Harvard vs USD
Calling all local Bandies - we need a BAND to support Harvard Football on Sep 21st
*** Attention Harvard Band Alumni ***
Harvard Football is coming to San Diego, and they need a Band.
We are looking for a few good Bandies to come out and
relive the glory days!
Harvard plays at University of San Diego on Saturday,
September 21. The undergrad Band is not making the trip, but
we are hoping to put together a crusty Band to fill the void. If we can
reach anything resembling a quorum, we will contact USD to see what we can do
about getting a section in the stands reserved for the Band.
If you’re saying to yourself, "Wow! This is great! I wonder
what I can do to help?" So glad you asked. It's a simple
three-step process:
1. Email San Diego HU Band-aid & Tuba player, Peter Reale ’83 (preale@post.harvard.edu)
to let him know you're interested. Be
sure to note your instrument.
2. Help to spread the word. Forward this to your fellow local Bandies.
3. Find your Band jacket!
