You are cordially invited to a Chancellor’s Associates Colloquium

Featuring

Dr. Gabriel A. Silva

Professor and Vice Chair, Department of Bioengineering

The future of artificial intelligence is natural intelligence: Discovering the brain’s internal algorithms

How does the brain represent, learn, and manipulate information differently than existing artificial neural networks, machine learning, and other forms of artificial intelligence? Professor Silva will share how engineered natural intelligence emulates the computational capabilities of the human brain and how its algorithms capture neurobiological capabilities to engineer natural intelligence systems.
