Harvard alumni shared a thrilling evening at The Old Globe on October 26th when they attended a stunning solo musical memoire by Ben Scheuer ’04. Ben has won awards in Europe and the U.S. for “The Lion”, which reflects his life challenges as a teen coping with a fiery dad (Harvard ’69), and his emerging inheritance of his dad’s love of rock n roll even after coping with his father’s untimely passing. The audience was treated to a post-show exploration of how Ben’s show has evolved, with Ben offering keen insights into what makes for a positive theatrical experience for both the performer and the audience.
