Kayaking in La Jolla Shores

Join us for some ocean fun on Saturday, July 30th!

It's time to get together for a local excursion.  On Saturday, July 30th, you'll have the opportunity to go on a kayaking tour with Harvard alumni, family, and friends.  We'll gather in the morning as the winds pick up later in the day and have selected a time of the year known for leopard shark viewing in La Jolla Cove.  There's typically a lot of sea lions to see while kayaking in the summer.  Weather and ocean permitting, we'll adventure into the caves as well during the tour.

We've secured a discounted rate fof $35 or this event during prime season (normal price: $50). You also have the option to purchase snorkeling gear at half off ($10 per person) and hold on to the equipment for the rest of the day to break off from the group and go snorkeling should you desire.  After that kayaking tour, we will have lunch at Shore Rider, a new casual eatery on Avenida de la Playa.  Non-kayaking friends and family are welcome to join us for lunch!
