Harvard Softball Comes to SDSU Tournament

 Come out and cheer on the Crimson Women of Harvard Softball!

 *** UPDATE: We are looking for a few good BATGIRLS (see below)***

Harvard SOFTBALL travels to San Diego to compete in the San Diego Classic II from March 15th through 17th.

The game schedule is as follows:

Saturday March 15            vs. Long Beach State at 2pm

                                       vs. San Diego State at 7pm

Sunday March 16              vs. University of Texas at Arlington at 10am

Monday March 17              vs. Texas Tech at 3:30pm

                                       vs. San Diego State at 6pm

All games will be held at the SDSU Softball Stadium.  Directions below.  The team would love the support of local Harvard fans!

 

The Team is Inviting Local Students to be Batgirls during their games

The daughter(s) of any local Harvard alumni (preferably softball players in middle or high school) who would want to attend the game, sit in the dugout, and be on the field to retrieve bats while Harvard is at bat will be welcome assistants.  Please email Yvonne at ycampos@aol.com for more information or to volunteer your girls.

 

Directions to SDSU Softball Stadium

From I-8, take the College Avenue exit and go south. Turn right at Montezuma (second stop light at the top of the hill). Go to the second stop light (55th Street) and turn right. Make an immediate left at the first stop light into the parking structure. Parking fees will apply. 

For entrance to the stadium, go down to the bottom floor and walk out of the north side. From there, you will see the softball stadium just west of Tony Gwynn Stadium. Follow the path along the playing fields to the ticket office.

Persons with disabled placards/ license plates should proceed directly to parking lots surrounding Tony Gwynn Stadium, along 55th Street & Remington Road. Your placard/ disabled license plate is valid in any marked parking stall.
