Saturday of Symposia
Saturday, December 5, 2020

First offered 40 years ago, Saturday of Symposia features Harvard faculty members doing research across the University in fields ranging from social and natural sciences to the humanities. This year's program will be held virtually and will be free to all registrants.

Morning Lecture - 10:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
Attendees will select from two faculty members who will be presenting concurrently. Our morning faculty speakers this year are Abraham (Avi) Loeb and Megan Panzano.

Morning Lecture Breakouts - 11:15 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.

Attendees can participate in small group breakout sessions immediately following their selected faculty lecture to discuss the topics and information learned during the session.

Keynote Lecture - 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The keynote lecture will feature Jill Lepore, David Woods Kemper '41 Professor of American History and Affiliate Professor of Law at Harvard University entitled "This America / That America".

The program is not only a longstanding tradition of the Harvard Club and HAA, but also an enormously popular one. Since it tends to fill up, please make your reservations early.
Please complete this registration form to confirm your attendance. You will be emailed the links to the Zoom meetings for the session you've selected and the keynote lecture the morning of the webinar. Please choose the session that interests you the most.
