Harvard alumni are invited to join the HBS  and enjoy the same membership benefits as HBS alumni. If you are a graduate of Harvard University, please contact hbsclubsandiego@gmail.com to receive approval as an affiliate member.  State which Harvard school you attended, degree, year of graduation, and preferred email address.

For the balance of 2020 and potentially for the full program year, HBS is going to be moving to virtual events. The ability to host virtual events literally opens up the whole world to HBs. Historically, HBS's catchment area for CEO Forum events were San Diego based CEO’s. With virtual meetings, HBS can leverage our network to host exciting events with speakers from the US, Europe, and Asia.  HBS's Board has already created a robust list of over 30 potential names, and HBS is starting to secure speakers. HBS already has the following distinguished individuals speaking during the next few months:

  • William Sahlman  - HBS Professor of  Business Administration, Emeritus, MBA Class of 1975 .  Aug. 13th.
  • Bill Ackman.  In September, we have an event with Billionaire Hedge fund and activist investor Bill Ackman from Pershing Square.  Founder and CEO of Pershing Square Capital Management, a hedge fund management company .  Sept. TBD.
  • Frances Frei .   HBS Professor of Technology and Operations Management .  Oct. 5th
  • Kevin Sneader - Global Managing Partner, McKinsey & Co .  Oct. 29th.

HBS will be announcing more stellar names as the year progresses, and the programming will be world-class!

Given that our events will be virtual, HBS has simplified its membership fees from eight tiers to one. HBS has dropped the price from $75 to $30 for a regular membership. All virtual events are free to members. Non-members can participate at a nominal $10 per event or $75 series subscription. This is the best deal that HBS has ever offered!!!
