Inaugural HBS Club of San Diego Management Development Program

A unique program designed by utilizing the Harvard Business School case studies and taught by Harvard Business School (HBS) MBAs for the business community.

Beginning this October, the Harvard Business School Club of San Diego is offering a Management Development Program designed for business owners, leaders and managers which utilizing the famous HBS cases.  San Diego will be the third HBS club in the world to offer this program. With HBS cases, the student is placed in the protagonist’s position and asked to resolve the particular issue presented in the case. The instructors, San Diego-based Harvard MBAs, use the Socratic method to moderate the class discussion to resolve the case issue.  The students will be able to learn not only from the instructors but also from their fellow students. The case subjects will include strategy, finance, marketing, human resources, ethics and customer service.  The course will be held at The Girl Scout Leadership Center at the Balboa Campus in San Diego on Monday evenings from October 7 through December 16, 2013.  Please go to www.hbssandiego.org for more information and an on-line application.
